Making.com Web & Social Media

I developed and executed an integrated content strategy for Making.com, combining 50% SEO-driven web content and 50% social media strategy to grow visibility and authority within the processing technology sector. On the digital side, I created keyword-led blog articles and SEO-optimised web content to increase organic traffic and strengthen search visibility. In parallel, I built and managed a structured social media strategy that translated complex industrial innovations into accessible, engaging narratives for a highly technical B2B audience. Through event-driven storytelling, digestible visuals, and the launch of the “Changemakers” campaign, I positioned Making.com as a credible and dynamic voice in the processing technology space.

objective

At the start of Making.com’s digital journey, the challenge was twofold: building social presence in a traditionally offline, technical B2B industry while also increasing organic discoverability through search. The processing technology sector is complex and niche, requiring highly specialised yet accessible communication to engage professionals and decision-makers.

solution

To address this, I executed a dual-channel strategy combining SEO-led web content and social media. I conducted keyword research and produced SEO-driven blogs to increase organic visibility, while translating complex industry innovations into engaging social content. This approach strengthened both discoverability and engagement, positioning Making.com as a trusted industry voice.
