I developed and executed a content strategy for Making.com to engage a highly technical B2B audience, transforming complex innovations into accessible and compelling narratives. Through event-driven content, digestible visuals, and the "Changemakers" campaign, I helped grow the platform by 139% in followers and doubled engagement, positioning Making.com as a key voice in the processing technology space.
At the start of Making.com’s social media journey, the challenge was to engage a highly technical and niche B2B audience within the processing technology sector. This industry is traditionally less active on social platforms, making it crucial to translate complex innovations into accessible and engaging content while establishing Making.com’s presence.
To bridge this gap, I developed a structured content strategy that highlighted event visits and broke down intricate machinery processes into digestible visuals and narratives. I also scouted emerging innovations within the industry, launching the "Changemakers" campaign to spotlight key players and their groundbreaking technologies. This approach positioned Making.com as a go-to resource while fostering engagement within this specialized community.
