BRAG is an AI-powered browser-based app designed to help ambitious young professionals grow their careers by capturing and articulating their achievements. Unlike generic productivity tools that focus on task completion, BRAG transforms weekly to-dos into structured, impact-driven “success lists” that can be used for performance reviews, promotion pitches, job interviews, CVs, or LinkedIn posts. I led the end-to-end product marketing strategy from user research and positioning to brand development, community validation, and beta launch.
Most ambitious young professionals struggle to remember and articulate their achievements, especially in high-stakes career moments like performance reviews, promotion pitches, or job interviews. Existing tools help manage tasks, but none are designed to transform daily work into visible, career-advancing impact. This gap creates missed opportunities for recognition, growth, and self-confidence.

I identified a positioning gap in the productivity category and reframed the problem around career visibility rather than task management. To validate demand, I conducted 10 in-depth user interviews, gathered 30+ survey responses, and built an early waitlist through community workshops and webinars. I defined the ICP, messaging pillars, and product narrative, positioning BRAG as a “career visibility companion” rather than a productivity tool. I designed the wireframes and prototype in Figma and vibe-coded the beta using Claude Code and VS Code. I developed the landing page, onboarding flow, and email lifecycle (Klaviyo), and executed a community-first soft launch followed by a LinkedIn-led hard launch. Post-launch, I tracked activation and usage patterns using PostHog and Google Analytics to inform iteration priorities.
